Summary

Adds a new Dry Lab page documenting FiberHMM for DAF-seq analysis.

  • New src/drylab/fiberhmm.md — installation, supported inputs (R/Y, MD, MM/ML, --reference), DddA-led usage example with DddB noted, output tag schema, and bigBed extraction.
  • src/SUMMARY.md — adds the page to the Dry Lab sidebar.
  • src/drylab/daf-qc.md — reframes the "Downstream analysis" section. FiberHMM is presented as the DAF-native nucleosome/MSP/TF footprint caller; ft add-nucleosomes (a Fiber-seq nucleosome caller) is noted as reachable for DAF-seq via the ft ddda-to-m6a conversion bridge.

Test plan

  • mdbook build succeeds with the new page
  • Sidebar shows "FiberHMM" under Dry Lab
  • Cross-links from daf-qc.md → fiberhmm.md resolve

Documents FiberHMM as a DAF-seq nucleosome, MSP, and TF footprint caller.
Adds the page to the SUMMARY sidebar and reframes the daf-qc downstream
analysis section so it points to FiberHMM as the DAF-native option, with
`ft add-nucleosomes` noted as a Fiber-seq nucleosome caller reachable for
DAF-seq via the `ft ddda-to-m6a` conversion bridge.
