Summary

  • Adds a new FiberBrowser page under Dry Lab, describing the interactive single-molecule genome browser for DAF-seq and Fiber-seq data
  • Adds a sibling img/ directory with the first screenshot (1800px wide, ~1.8 MB) — this sets the image convention for the guide
  • Wires the page into SUMMARY.md (Dry Lab section) and the home page's What's here listing

The page is intentionally lean while FiberBrowser is in pre-release: a feature list and an early-access contact. Cross-links to the existing Primer Design and DAF-QC Pipeline pages.

Test plan

  • mdbook build succeeds locally with the version pinned in the deploy workflow (mdbook 0.4.36); my local 0.5.3 fails on a pre-existing FontAwesome issue in README.md line 31 and book.toml's git-repository-icon = "fa-github" — present on main before this PR
  • Sidebar shows the new entry under Dry Lab
  • Screenshot renders at column width on both desktop and mobile widths
  • Cross-links to Primer Design and DAF-QC Pipeline resolve

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Introduces an interactive single-molecule genome browser for DAF-seq and
Fiber-seq data as a new Dry Lab page. Lists the main features, links to
the existing Primer Design page and DAF-QC Pipeline, and points readers
to an early-access contact.
