Summary

• Replace staff-scheduled Zoom with self-serve LFX PCC meetings. Maintainers email help@finos.org for project access, then schedule, update, and cancel in PCC.
• Document required Meeting Settings (public calendar, recording, transcript, Zoom AI, PCC-only links, no YouTube) and the minutes flow: GitHub issue for the agenda, anonymize and publish the PCC AI summary, then link it from the issue. Attendance is no longer tracked in GitHub.
• Point to LFX product docs instead of duplicating them, and update the maintainer cheatsheet, collaboration infrastructure, and CI intro so they match.
