All participants in FINOS project meetings are subject to the LF Antitrust Policy, the FINOS Community Code of Conduct and all other FINOS policies.

FINOS meetings involve participation by industry competitors, and it is the intention of FINOS and the Linux Foundation to conduct all of its activities in accordance with applicable antitrust and competition laws. It is therefore extremely important that attendees adhere to meeting agendas, and be aware of, and not participate in, any activities that are prohibited under applicable US state, federal or foreign antitrust and competition laws. - Project Approved by the finos board!
- Covered some of the next steps, mostly on his side to ensure that our repo is moved over.
- Unlikely to require us to close or tidy up much, we are in good shape.
- Call for papers CFP for OSFF NY is end of week
- Call for workshop process will follow with a different submission form
- Reviewed the retebtion control,
- Focus less on the disposal/secure disposal aspect
- We agreed that the idea of a maximum retention would be problematic, instead we should call this a MAY(define such policy) and SHOULD (dispose of it is set)
- Reviewed the infrastructure inventory control
- Focus on internally developed software and the inventory of what that software will leverage to avoid directly scope creeping into asset management
- Raised discussion about refining our scope to focus solely on internally developed software at this time.
