Bump the Alexandria CLI to beta.17 so npm publishes the merged catalogue-list receipt fix from #252. The
alexandriatag currently remains on beta.16.Validation: #252 passed the TypeScript build and 50 list/Alexandria tests. This PR changes only the package version; the existing publish workflow selects the
