Shadow auto-approve: would auto-approve. Fixes the list command to correctly resolve combined provider/capability addresses into a single find-tools request, preserving provider errors, with a test covering both success and error paths.

The Inspect command shown in search passed a combined provider/capability address, but list interpreted the entire address as a provider and then a category. Resolve combined addresses directly into a single find-tools request with expanded contracts, preserving errors without category fallback. Bumps Alexandria to beta.21.
Validation: all 30 Alexandria integration tests, build, formatting, and diff checks pass. Live catalogue verification returned the pizzahut-com/restaurants/store contract with required store_number using the fixed command. Also verified the two-argument workaround against published beta.20.
Summary by cubic
Fixes the
listcommand so inspecting a combined provider/capability address (e.g.,pizzahut-com/restaurants/store) resolves directly into a single find-tools request with expanded contracts, preserving provider errors instead of falling back to a category. Bumps the package toalexandria-beta.21.Written for commit 113baf1. Summary will update on new commits.
