ZDR is available on Enterprise plans and must be enabled for your team. Visit [firecrawl.dev/enterprise](https://www.firecrawl.dev/enterprise) to get started. If your team has ZDR turned on for every request, Firecrawl applies it automatically and you don't need to set `zeroDataRetention`.

ZDR also covers searches. See [Search ZDR](/features/search#zero-data-retention-zdr) for the `enterprise` parameter.

ZDR adds **1 additional credit per page** on top of the base scrape cost.

## Zero Data Retention (ZDR)

For teams with strict data handling requirements, Firecrawl offers Zero Data Retention (ZDR) options for the `/search` endpoint via the `enterprise` parameter. ZDR search is available on Enterprise plans — visit [firecrawl.dev/enterprise](https://www.firecrawl.dev/enterprise) to get started.
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) covers searches as well as scrapes. With ZDR search, Firecrawl doesn't store your queries or results. You choose a mode with the `enterprise` parameter on the `/search` endpoint.

ZDR search is available on Enterprise plans and must be enabled for your team. Visit [firecrawl.dev/enterprise](https://www.firecrawl.dev/enterprise) to get started. Once it is enabled, pass `enterprise: ["zdr"]` or `enterprise: ["anon"]` on each request. If your team has ZDR search turned on for every request, Firecrawl applies it automatically and you don't need the parameter. A request that sets `enterprise` to `zdr` or `anon` without ZDR search enabled for the team returns a 403.

<Note>
This is separate from the `zeroDataRetention` scrape option, which controls ZDR for scraping operations. See [Scrape ZDR](/features/scrape#zero-data-retention-zdr) for details. The `enterprise` parameter only applies to the search portion of the request.
