…amework repo New token-handler BFF security module (Spring-only, no internal framework deps, mirrors security-oauth2-client). Added to the dependency graph and the setup clone list so fwversion/release/setup include it.

Adds security-bff to the dependency graph (mirrors security-oauth2-client: Spring-only, no internal framework deps) and the setup clone list, so fwversion/release/setup include it. Used for the 26.06.03 release.
