What

Bump the connect-seconds default in the robust-checkout action from 10
to 30, and update the README table to match.

Why

On the FlagGems cpu-runner the connect probe (git ls-remote) was being
hard-killed at 10s even on links that were merely slow to advertise refs:

=== round 1 ===
  ssh: skipped (no key)
  .../38fffa8b-....sh: line 53:  3016759 Killed  ... ls-remote --quiet origin "$RC_REF" > /dev/null 2>&1
  http: FAIL (connect) 10002ms
=== round 2 ===

The HTTP link was killed at ~10002ms, i.e. right at the connect-seconds=10
ceiling, forcing an extra rotation round. Giving the connect stage more
headroom (30s) lets a slow-but-reachable link finish in the first round
instead of being clock-killed.

This only raises the ceiling before a link is treated as wedged; a genuinely
dead link still fails, just after 30s instead of 10s.

Scope

Changes the org-wide default for every consumer of
flagos-ai/FlagOps/actions/robust-checkout. Callers can still override via
connect-seconds: if they want a tighter bound.

Verification

  • action.yml parses as valid YAML.
  • README connect-seconds default row updated to 30 to stay in sync.

On the FlagGems cpu-runner the connect probe (git ls-remote) was being
hard-killed at 10s even on links that were merely slow to advertise refs
(observed: 'http: FAIL (connect) 10002ms'), forcing an extra rotation round.
Give the connect stage more headroom before it's treated as wedged.
