research(audio): record FLAC support gate

Outcome: STOP — no product FLAC support yet

This is a research-only PR. It deliberately makes no runtime, UI, or support-copy claim that Tagium supports FLAC.

The writer bake-off found taglib-wasm promising for metadata and encoded-audio preservation, but the required physical iOS/Android mobile-memory evidence is absent. That is a hard gate, so product implementation stopped.

Evidence included

• reproducible FLAC writer bake-off with exact common/advanced metadata checks
• exact artwork bytes plus MIME/type/description add/replace/remove checks
• unknown Vorbis comment and APPLICATION block preservation checks
• malformed-input behavior matrix
• payload and Bun/WASI RSS measurements with browser/mobile caveats
• alternative writer vanilla-Vite/Chromium smoke
• licensing and source/relinking questions requiring legal review
• explicit reopen criteria for physical mobile testing

Verification

• bun run typecheck
• bun run lint
• bun run test (399 tests)
• bun run build
• bun run evidence:flac-alternative
• focused bun run evidence:flac --artwork-only ...
• full bake-off previously executed and recorded; not rerun after the focused artwork assertion fix because it peaks around 3 GiB
• two independent evidence reviews passed after corrections

Dependency

Targets #119 (codex/format-aware-audio-core) because the research branch was intentionally created from the format-aware audio core.
