Update zlib git submodule to commit 51b7f2abdade71cd9bb0e7a373ef2610ec6f9daf to match the version 1.3.1 specified in libraries/third_party_libraries_manifest.json. This fixes the inconsistency where the manifest declared zlib 1.3.1 but the actual submodule was pointing to zlib 1.3 (commit 09155eaa2f9270dc4ed1fa13e2b4b2613e6e4851).
