docs: add NeMo Guardrails + FlareFlow integration

Outcome

Adds a tested application-side interoperability pattern for NeMo Guardrails IORails and FlareFlow, without implying an NVIDIA partnership or using restricted brand assets.

What changed

• adds a deterministic no-network example using the OpenAI-shaped tool-call execution boundary
• proves unauthorized HTTP token transplantation is denied and approved database restoration succeeds only at the configured path
• adds an original SEO guide, guide-hub/homepage/LLM-doc links, sitemap coverage, and an explicit independence notice
• runs the integration example in CI
• prepares the backward-compatible 1.6.1 release and updates every current version pin
