Recover interrupted DEV configuration before mutable validation, preserve specific startup failures, and keep input and capture cleanup independent of blocking work. Add guarded ANGLE buffer-view reuse, driver identity and lifetime diagnostics, actual native presentation records, deferred trace analysis, and saved Riot login through the DEV Keychain item with noninteractive failure handling. Record the r17 signed build, source and artifact SHA-256 receipts, reproducible driver inputs, current handoff, gate evidence and unresolved acceptance. Current saved login is blocked by Keychain access. Continuous 60 FPS remains unproven. Validation: existing r17 verification passed 110 tests and source/unsigned Release checks; current source and artifact hashes rechecked. The controlled denied-login run retained telemetry, sealed driver evidence, quit cleanly and restored config. Checkpoint link, scope and staged diff checks passed. Control and active DEV runtime were left untouched; private captures and credentials remain outside Git.

Reconciles TFTMAC authority and OvernightLab with the verified DEV-B8-WIN-01 baseline. Preserves minor-drift telemetry as data-only evidence, excludes core client/RHI mismatches from promotion, retains resolved candidate history without automatic reruns, separates frozen LKG from current DEV authority, updates facts/project/changelog/SSOT, and stops generated OvernightLab runtime evidence from dirtying Git while retaining it locally. Production source validation passes on exact SHA 9674294.
