Mirrors the Quantic frontend change (fleveque/dividend-portfolio#177): a small, discrete disclaimer paragraph sits above the existing logo / built-with / copyright row in the global Pulse footer. Tailored slightly for Pulse's framing — the portfolios and radars shown are *shared voluntarily by Quantic users*, with the same US (SEC) + EU (MiFID II / ESMA) disclosures the Quantic side uses: - Educational/informational only - General nature, doesn't consider personal financial situation - Not investment/financial/tax/legal advice, not a buy/sell recommendation - Investing involves risk including possible loss of principal - Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results - Third-party data may be delayed or inaccurate - Encourages consulting a qualified financial professional - Pulse is part of Quantic, which is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer Both en + es translations land via gettext.
