Can't see full canvas with eye-dropper #111

Update the eye-dropper functionality to temporarily close the colour tool window until you pick a color from the screen. This is inline with other tools and means that regardless of screen size the colour tool window will not block the canvas when selecting colours. Update the eye-dropper tooltip to read “Color picker”
