Create selectable palettes #118

Add a “Palettes” drop down above the colour swatches with a number of saved palettes to choose from.
Palettes are previewed when the dropdown is clicked.
Clicking on a palette from the dropdown updates the colour squares in the colour picker window.

Procreate inspiration:

Reduce the colour swatches to 12 colours (2 rows of 6). This is ample for a palette and encourages experimentations with the rest of the colour picker tools

Regardless of the palette chosen, each should be 10 colours with the final two colour squares always being white and black as these are difficult to get to in the colour wheel or slider without also using the brightness tool.

Palettes are: Default, Pastel, Earthy, Neon, and Sunset
