[FEAT] Move Cloud Selector and Account Controls to Settings #253

Description

Cloud & Service / Area

UX improvement / Settings

What would you like?

Move the Cloud selector and Account controls from the global header into the new Settings section.

The Settings area should provide a dedicated place to:

  • View and switch the currently selected cloud.
  • View the current account and access account-related actions.
  • Manage these configuration options without taking up space in the global navigation/header.

The current cloud selection behavior should remain unchanged; this is primarily a UX/location change.

Why is this needed?

Now that the console has a dedicated Settings section, cloud and account configuration would fit naturally there.

Keeping these controls in Settings would:

  • Make the global header less crowded.
  • Establish Settings as the central place for account and environment configuration.
  • Provide a clearer separation between navigation and configuration.
  • Make it easier to discover account and cloud-related settings in one place.

Backing API

No new API is required.

The existing cloud/account data and switching functionality can be reused. The UI should continue to use the existing Floci-compatible APIs/runtime that currently power the Cloud selector and Account controls.
