• Retired validation references replaced: in the Tests bullet of .claude/rules/python-conventions.md, the /test-sync and review-pr A/B dry-run clause now points to the release lab gate in AGENTS.md. That section exists and covers runtime qualification.

FYI, outside this PR's stated scope (project rules): docs/release-notes-automation.md:128 still says the /review-pr skill checks the Release impact section on each PR. That skill is no longer in .claude/skills/. Optional follow-up.
