This pr adds an enhanced version of the flow AES vault (previously here) to the package. The new version includes a swap to GCM over CBR, data structure, and more. It includes several updates across the vault package to make setting up and using the AES and Age vaults seamless and robust. It also introduces several foundational updates to the repository, including dependency management, CI/CD workflows, code quality configurations, and documentation.
