Removes the last lru 0.12.5 path (ratatui 0.29). Combined with tantivy 0.26 (#253, lru 0.16.4), the Aikido lru advisory (30640667) clears fully once both merge.

cargo check + clippy -D warnings clean; cargo test --lib --bins: 1384 passed / 0 failed.
