feat: complete Phase 1a MVP with comprehensive test infrastructure and F025 foundation - #3

Looks like tests are failing on Windows. Could be related to changed made to run git commands form a shell in certain cases. I thought it was dubious... I will try again tomorrow. Gotta call it for tonight! |
