Add a Leader sequence to toggle the file explorer

Follow-up to #335: consume the configured Leader key from Settings/.jimrc and support e to toggle the workspace file explorer. Repeating the sequence should dismiss it. Keep the title-screen file picker distinct from the workspace explorer, and define focus restoration and input ownership before implementation. This behavior is outside the preference-only cycle in #336.
