It seems that migrating CI from Travis to GitHub Actions was completed at #521.
This PR removes
.travis.ymland replaces the CI status badge.And I also removed Gemnasium badge because gemnasium.com was closed on May 15, 2018.

but it seems to have stalled, so I created this PR.
