1. pilot disconnect <id> 추가 — 연결 제거 + git 캐시 삭제(--keep-cache로 보존). 지금까지 config.json을 손으로 편집해야 했음.
2. 중복 연결 감지 — 같은 source가 다른 id로 이미 연결돼 있으면(직접 connect 포함) init이 중복 connection을 안 만들고 기존 것을 재사용(declarationStatus가 location 매칭도 connected로 봄). connect도 중복 시 경고. → dogfood에서 apply를 막았던 그 문제.
3. stale 캐시 로드 실패 안내 개선 — "캐시가 오래된 포맷일 수 있으니 pilot sync/disconnect 하라"로 구체화.
4. gitignore된 공유 산출물 경고 — 렌더된 CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md 등이 gitignore되면 "커밋·공유되지 않는다"고 경고 (wake가 CLAUDE.md를 gitignore한 케이스).

테스트

• 중복 연결 재사용(declaration), isGitIgnored(git), disconnect·gitignore 경고 e2e 추가 — 총 141개 통과
