feat: 사이드바를 git 저장소 단위로 묶고 하위 폴더도 함께 표시 - #45

- 프로젝트가 속한 저장소를 경로 패턴 대신 파일시스템의 .git 으로 판정한다. 워크트리의 .git 파일이 가리키는 메인 저장소로 묶이므로 도구가 워크트리를 어디에 만들었든 같은 저장소 아래에 모인다. bare 저장소의 워크트리도 같다 - 저장소 안 하위 폴더에서 시작한 세션은 폴더 경로를 이름으로 한 하위 항목이 된다 - 지워진 워크트리·폴더는 남아 있는 상위 저장소에서 잡고, 저장소들을 모아 둔 워크스페이스 안의 지워진 저장소는 별개로 둔다 - 홈 디렉터리와 그 위의 .git 은 경계로 보지 않고, 경로는 심볼릭 링크를 풀어 비교한다 - 세션 cwd 가 같은 저장소·워크트리를 가리키는 프로젝트 디렉터리는 한 항목으로 합친다 - realPath 판정 시 디렉터리명과 맞아떨어지는 cwd 를 우선하고 worktree-state 의 originalCwd 도 후보로 본다 - 세션 목록을 읽지 못하면 안내를 띄우고 다시 펼칠 때 재시도한다

사이드바 1차 그룹을 프로젝트 디렉터리가 아니라 실제 git 저장소 단위로 묶는다. 워크트리·하위 폴더에서 시작한 세션이 별개 최상위 항목으로 흩어지던 것을 저장소 아래로 모은다.
왜
지금까지는 경로 문자열의
/.<도구>/worktrees/패턴으로만 워크트리를 알아봤다. 그래서 다음이 전부 최상위에 따로 떴다.cwd부터 워크트리 경로라 루트에서 시작한 세션인데 워크트리로 분류되고, 루트는 빈 합성 그룹이 됐다cwd가 엉뚱한 곳을 가리키는 세션. 같은 이름의 그룹이 두 번 생겼다바뀐 것
저장소 판정 (
src/main/lib/repo.ts,worktree.ts대체).git을 찾는다..git이 파일이면gitdir을 풀어 메인 저장소(bare 포함)와 워크트리명을 얻는다. 도구가 워크트리를 어디에 만들었든 메인으로 묶인다subdir항목이 된다. 사이드바에서 워크트리는⎇, 하위 폴더는/마크로 구분한다.git디렉터리를 가진 저장소가 있으면 저장소들을 모아 둔 워크스페이스로 보고 별개 저장소로 둔다 (서브모듈·워크트리의.git은 파일이라 근거로 치지 않는다).git은 경계로 보지 않는다. 홈을 통째로 저장소로 둔 사용자의 모든 폴더가 한 그룹에 빨려 들어가면 안 된다.git파일도 경계로 보고 멈춘다. 지나쳐 올라가면 엉뚱한 상위 저장소에 붙는다프로젝트 경로 판정 (
