Fixes from the frontend code review (XSS in assistant, job_type edit no-op, stale workflow/topology graphs, launch-dialog extra_vars loss, survey multiselect/NaN, rrule clobber, detail-query guards, credential JSON guard, and assorted UI polish). Typecheck + 212 unit tests pass; deployed to forail-dev-cluster and Cypress smoke is green (13/13).
