Records 0.7.1 (tag commit d2fc9c3, APK SHA-256 f955…231f1d) in DISTRIBUTION.md, updates the channel table, and explains the F-Droid reproducibility failure (version-control-info.textproto) and its fix in 0.7.1. Zapstore is still on 0.5.0.
