After the fixed-action refactor (flock-kit 0.2.0, flock#20), the Flock client neither composes nor displays free-form text. Two legacy free-text fields still exist on the wire via this provider and are ignored by current clients:

To upgrade the 'no free-form text' guarantee from client-enforced to protocol-enforced, drop these two fields (or constrain them to a fixed vocabulary) and repin Flock. Deferred by the owner on 2026-07-19 ('leave for another day'). Referenced by the compliance docs in flock#19 (which currently rely on the client-enforced framing).
