_ruleset.json: contains a GitHub branch protection ruleset export that is not referenced by any code or workflow. The actual branch protection is configured on GitHub directly.Get-Availability.slnintocsharp/: keeps the solution file co-located with the C# project. Updated internal project paths and removed the now-unnecessary solution folder.
