Redesigns Monolith's existing Library/Favorites, Collections and Settings using the supplied screenshots as the visual reference.
Validation: clean npm install, TypeScript, Vite production build, repository text policy and whitespace checks pass. The Playwright regression passes library filters/favorites, keyboard clip access, collection CRUD/cancellation, all eight settings pages, settings search/writes, shortcuts, recorder commands/errors/connection and 12 layouts across 1920/1280/960/800 px. A dedicated UI CI job runs this regression.
Windows/WebView2, actual media playback/capture, native dialogs and window controls still require a Windows smoke test. Existing audit O07 (pending/concurrent settings saves) and O12 remain open.
