Discord Bot - User stream key integration

Enable users to fetch their stream keys and documentation directly from the bot

• Must have access to fragforce.org DB via directy ORM (bot built into django) or via an API
• Must verify that users have already logged into fragforce.org and linked accounts

#881 completes the first half (fetches user stream key). Would be nice if we could generate the key directly if there is not one, registering the user at the same time. Not sure if the discord bot can pull the user email for registering the user or not
