ipaPy2 v1.3.0

New implementation of the Integrated Probabilistic Annotation (IPA) - A Bayesian annotation method for LC-MS/MS data integrating biochemical relations, isotope patterns and adduct formation.

This completely refactored version of method has been fully implemented in Python. Compared to its predecessor, ipaPy2

  1. is able to integrate tandem MS fragmentation data
  2. provides auser-friendly interface
  3. isotope peaks are treated as fingerprints,
  4. is fully integrated with the mzMatch pipeline and with the newly developed PeakMLViewerPy tool available at https://github.com/UoMMIB/PeakMLViewerPy
