Amend Zookeeper 3.5.9 with further fix

Description

This PR amend an existing PR submitted to upgrade OW Zookeeper dependencies to version 3.5.9. This is necessary to fix an class not found error when using the Invoker with the legacy LB. The PR fixes some Elastic Search and MongodDB database test and update the ansible artifcat to properly deploy zookeper 3.5.9 container.

A class not founf error when the Invoker runs with the Legacy LB. This is currently required by the Apache OpenServerless (Incubating) project.
