I'm following instruction but the right-click menu doesn't appear on brand new test vault.

This is addressed in SmileyChris/obsidian-bujo-bullets v1.3.1. Root cause: the original plugin only registered a context-menu listener on the rendered checkbox in Reading mode. In Live Preview / editor, nothing was wired up — so right-click showed Obsidian's default menu with no bullet-type option (matching the screenshot above).

The fork adds a workspace.on("editor-menu", ...) handler with a "Change bullet to" submenu, using the clicked line (via cm.posAtCoords), not the cursor line.
