I design systems for how knowledge gets captured, structured, and made useful over time, working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, AI tooling, and the kind of operational thinking that turns fragmented expertise into something other people can build on.
Most of what I create starts with a question about why things keep getting lost: the same decisions made twice, good frameworks that never travel, gaps between strategy and execution that are always wider than anyone planned for. The answer is usually structural, and the solution is usually a better model, not more process.
My current focus is on agentic systems as a design medium, specifically how multi-agent architectures can enforce the discipline that humans agree to in principle but abandon under pressure, and how governance structures need to evolve when the agents executing them can learn and adapt.
Good structure, in thinking, learning, working, communicating, sharing, is a skeleton, not a corset. It holds everything together so you can move freely.
