We want to implement stereoscopic images generation.
To do so we need to:

add a new stereoscopic camera, where fireray method maps on 2u,v in an image twice large than the normal one. The "origin" parameter must be shifted of +/- d/2, where d is the distance from eyes of the observer
add an option from command line to call the stereoscopic camera
