Adds a global
workspace.runNextActionshortcut (Mod+Alt+Enter) that runs the top bar's next-action button: Create PR, Commit & push, Ready for review, Resolve conflicts, Merge or auto-merge. Shows a toast when the workspace has no next action.Stacked on #152; rebases onto main once that lands.
