[Podcast Archiver, MacOS] Request - The main window persists column width

Hi! I had a small feature request. It would be a nice quality of life upgrade if the column widths on the main podcast screen could persist their width. Right now, whenever you click off of one screen and into another, the column widths reset to their defaults, which are not editable by the user.

Thank you for your consideration! Love this project, I find it extremely helpful for my personal use.
