feat(ui): CHAOS-5769 Display work item status

Ask Dev now shows a Work item / Status / Evidence table for unranked work-item cohort answers. It joins members and status claims by full subject identity and preserves producer order, repeated observations, and evidence references. Missing evidence displays No status evidence in this answer; a recorded blank scalar displays Recorded blank value. Literal unknown, zero, and false retain their values.

Columns size from their contents and available space. Headers wrap at word boundaries; long body values wrap on narrow screens. The existing result contract and consumer pin suffice.

TEST-EVIDENCE

• Final signed source: 2114612cc1a8d5fac74aa5b7568f5e65f41e3dd7. The full local gate and hosted Tests pass: formatting, contracts, corpus, lint, types, build, 997 unit tests and 23 browser tests. Exact base daed63d2 passed 991 unit and 21 browser tests. Browser reports have zero failures, skips, flakes, or retries; the two added cases exercise retained producer values and blank versus missing status through the real page.
• The configured alternate unit runner is skipped while the hosted runner completes. Individual unit-test names are unavailable in hosted artifacts; aggregate counts and browser names are verified. Two existing corpus scoring exclusions remain unscored.
• The single formal review returned NOT CLEAN. A validator-admitted blank/whitespace variant reproduced invisible status on exact prior source 00705464. The same component and real-page checks pass with the visible blank-value marker. The browser regression guards are committed. There was no second review.
• Security Scan and CodeQL pass. Gitleaks and all three CodeQL language analyses report zero results.
• Normal producer output and the deliberate 490-character stress fixture are separate visual checks. Final captures are attached to CHAOS-5769 and retained at immutable evidence commit 30d9640c77d0f642578e7776b7083cc544e3e8bb.

RISK-NOTES

The view reads existing persisted values and does not infer status or choose a latest observation. Browser evidence uses actual producer results intercepted into the real local page. Blank variants are admitted contract inputs; current producer emission and live answer-quality gains are unmeasured. The repeated long title remains a stress input, not a production length or row-count requirement. The configured production dependency audit passes; a separate existing installer warning is outside that result's scope.
