- Closes CHAOS-1454. - Internal cluster; URL boundary preserved at `directorySize` for `URLResourceKey.totalFileAllocatedSizeKey`. - Sibling of apple#1480 (HostDNSResolver) and apple#1518 (PacketFilter), same pattern.
