The current guide now installs alpha 9 and demonstrates reusable PageBand/PageNumbers components, owned styles, named parts, literal class names, and styled or unstyled HTML export. Add three previews from the saved field-notes PDF and link the verified public source kit and PDF. Preserve the alpha 8 guide as a historical record and point its current-preview notice to alpha 9.
Add a complete page-band notebook with an immutable Colab source link, editable data/styles, and PDF plus HTML downloads. Four kernel and real Jupyter-browser cases cover 17 pages, finalized counters, escaped text, styled/unstyled HTML and ZIP contents. A short lesson box stays together when the activity table grows. New Windows/Linux CI jobs repeat its execution and actual browser-download checks with the public package.
The documented Python example executes successfully. Strict MkDocs and internal-link checks pass; browser checks at 1440, 390, and 320 pixels show loaded images, no outer horizontal overflow, and working notebook downloads. All 1,026 existing asset/example files retain their bytes. The public package, source ZIP, release downloads, and pinned engine source links are verified before this publication. Hosted Colab execution is not claimed.
The API remains experimental. The guide explains static browser export, page-counter placeholders, conservative fit checks, streaming output, and the scope of the retained accessibility evidence.
The historical notebook browser verifier now waits explicitly for all seven editors and the initial kernel connection. This handles the observed slow Windows startup without weakening any execution, download or byte-comparison checks. It retains the primary failure before optional browser captures or cleanup can obscure it. All four local browser edit/run/download cases pass, reproducing seven reference pages; historical notebook content is unchanged.
