Pasting a template that uses unembedded Helvetica, Times, or Courier into the Playground produces a valid PDF with a blank preview on engine 2.5.8. Pin the Playground, exported Python projects, and documented Rust examples to released engine 2.5.11 so each path renders visible text and keeps matching output. Update the homepage Rust install command and release link. Publish the compiled preview-font licenses and include the combined notice file in the asset hash record.
Add a shared regression fixture for all 12 Latin standard-font faces. Native/WASI and project-export checks require ink in every row; an independent PDF reader verifies that the faces remain unembedded and text is intact. The Rust walkthrough replays all eight Playground fixtures. The new pixel check rejects the captured old public preview.
Validation: all eight fixtures match between the native adapter, WASI, exported Python projects, and Rust examples on Windows. The standard-font PDF bytes are unchanged while the preview gains visible text. The browser-downloaded ZIP exactly matches the replayed project. Existing sample text and page counts are preserved; small pixel changes were visually reviewed. Actual sample downloads, page navigation, and layouts passed at 1440, 390, and 320 pixels without document-upload requests. Strict site build and link checks passed. The retained local summary is
playground/standard-font-preview-verification.json.
