C# users can now download and edit a complete .NET 10 notice that produces PDF/UA-1 or PDF/UA-2 output. The project includes HTML/CSS, embedded fonts and notices, a described route illustration, a scoped table, sample PDFs and a native preview. It pins public FullBleed.DotNet 0.1.7 and engine 2.5.13.
The guide explains profile selection and content review, and links the source manifest plus retained validator reports. Windows and Linux CI restore the actual ZIP into a fresh NuGet cache, publish the application, compare repeat PDF/PNG output and run pinned veraPDF 1.30.2. The verifier also rejects stale published evidence.
Validation: fresh Windows .NET 10 public-package restore and isolated publish passed for both profiles; the signed package and native DLL match release evidence. veraPDF reports zero failed checks for the two specimens. The strict site build and 74-page link check pass. Desktop and mobile browser-clicked ZIPs, PDF/PNG links and all eight served assets match the reviewed files. Machine checks are scoped to these specimens; no blanket accessibility claim.
