Adds a runnable Matplotlib-to-Fullbleed report workflow for developers combining charts with document text and tables. The downloadable project composes two SVG figures, calculated metrics and a monthly ledger into an editable two-page A4 report, using the public Fullbleed 2.5.14 wheel and pinned Matplotlib 3.11.2 dependencies.
The guide covers explicit fonts, SVG sizing, stable exports and the tradeoff between outlined chart labels and selectable HTML text. It links the actual project, PDF, previews and verification report from the guide, gallery, homepage and pandas workflow. Matplotlib remains an example dependency; the engine package is unchanged.
Validation: 90 checks each on Windows and Linux against the extracted ZIP and executable guide snippet, including vector PDF objects without raster images, data extraction with pypdf and PDFium, repeated SVG/PDF bytes and portable SVG line endings, customized data/CSS, zero plans and rejected invalid counts/totals. Downloaded CI artifacts have identical PDF and SVG bytes on both platforms. Both final pages and the independent PDFium render were visually reviewed against Matplotlib reference images. Strict MkDocs build and internal links/search metadata for 77 pages pass. All 15 deployment jobs passed, followed by 15 checks of the public guide, mobile layout, gallery and actual download bytes.

Claims cover the supplied line/bar figures. Arbitrary Matplotlib artists, cross-version byte equivalence and PDF accessibility conformance are not established by this example.
