Add an editable two-page PDF report with chapter, section, table-row and page numbers generated by CSS. The guide explains the sibling heading structure with copyable rules; the example gallery links to the PDF and the six-file HTML/CSS/Python project.
The download pins public Fullbleed 2.5.18 and explicitly registers bundled Inter. Its render command checks missing glyphs and repeated PDF bytes, then writes final PDF previews. The ZIP builder fixes timestamps, permissions, host metadata and source newlines so Windows and Linux reproduce the published archive.
Validation: the exact download runs from a directory with spaces on Windows and Linux; pypdf and PDFium check section/table numbering, embedded fonts and page bounds, including a newly inserted section. Both CI baseline PDFs match the visually reviewed public-wheel PDF. Documentation CI, the strict 79-page site/link/search audit, and local desktop/mobile browser checks pass. Actual browser ZIP/PDF downloads match recorded hashes. No complete CSS or PDF standards conformance claim is added.
