Update the first-PDF command and hosted API links to the published Fullbleed 2.5.19 release, and explain the native Windows stack fix for unoptimized builds. The designed downloadable starter retains its documented 2.5.11 pin and existing assets.
Validation: strict MkDocs build and all 16 applicable documentation CI jobs pass. The exact quickstart Rust snippet compiles against the public 2.5.19 crate and renders on the unchanged Windows 1 MiB main stack. Independent pypdf/PDFium checks verify its invoice. The hosted 2.5.19 API reference and release evidence are available before this page deploys.
