Add C# and .NET to the README's language chooser and starting points, with the published
FullBleed.DotNet0.1.2 install command and designed-invoice guide. Explain the four packaged native runtimes and the separate Python CLI adapter.Validation: the NuGet release passed its 11 release jobs, including consumers on all four packaged platforms. A fresh public NuGet install runs the guide and invoice on .NET 8. The README change passed the core CI checks; the dedicated PDF/VT lane remains skipped and supplies no conformance evidence.
