…, Carmen, Kepler) Update the sustainability skills to reflect the 2025-2026 Green Software Foundation standards and measurement projects: - SCI is now ISO/IEC 21031:2024 (parent standard) - Add SCI for AI (ratified Dec 2025): Provider vs Consumer scores, per-token/image/inference/workflow functional units - Add SCI for Web (GSF x W3C, in development Q1 2026): boundaries across servers/networks/third-parties/devices + mandatory disclosure - Add Carmen (GSF, carbon, Impact Framework) and Kepler (CNCF, energy, v0.10 without eBPF) for cloud/Kubernetes measurement - Note WSG progress toward W3C Statement status (Earth Day 2026) New reference: skills/gc-setup/references/gsf-projects.md (ecosystem map).
