   Duplicate of fullstaq-ruby/server-edition#199, closing in favor of that one.

   The apt and yum certificates were renewed on 2026-10-15 and are valid until 2027-01-13. The root cause was an expired Entra ID client secret that Caddy uses for the ACME DNS-01 challenge, so renewals had been failing since 2026-09-11. fullstaq-ruby/infra#64 adds yearly rotation of that secret to prevent a recurrence.
