Bump vulnerable transitives in root and demo lockfiles, override uuid ^11.1.1 and esbuild ^0.28.1, fix nullable axios content-type in hook.ts. Alert #378 dismissed as not_used (demo SPA, no RSC).
checkout/setup-node/codecov v7, pnpm/action-setup v6 (node24 runtime). Enable pull_request trigger on develop.yaml, release dry-run only on push, add concurrency group.
